Health & Wellness Coaching
A Health Coach provides additional support outside of the traditional clinical setting which allows for a unique and valuable partnership between the health care professional and the client. This includes, identifying measurable health goals, creating action plans and identifying and overcoming barriers.
A missing component to conventional medical therapies is that they aren’t designed to address the positive end of the health spectrum: wellness. With health outcomes, wellness represents a condition of not only getting better and staying better but living in a way that reinforces better habits and helps us feel our best.
Our coaches have high standards and exceptional training as well as National Board Certification, NBHWC. In addition to that, we are excited to offer a 12-weeks Health and Wellness Coaching Program, designed by a Psychiatrist, Dr. Armin Hoes, MD, and administered by our coaches.
We are excited to introduce MAP To Mental Fitness - a 12-week Health and Wellness coaching program. Mental Fitness intends to recondition your physical, emotional, and mental wellness through mindfulness, gratitude, mental flexibility, critical thinking, and confidence.
Wellness coaching motivates you to maximize your inner strengths and empowers you to push beyond self-imposed limitations. MAP to Mental Fitness intends to recondition your physical, emotional, and mental wellness; the program does so through practices of mindfulness, gratitude, mental flexibility, critical thinking, and confidence — all of which come together to build resilience.
The MAP to Mental Fitness experience strengthens you from the inside out. You’ll form a deep partnership with your wellness coach, entrusting another person to help find the best in you so that you can reach your utmost potential.
